Registration for Activities

How to Register
Because we do not take registrations over the phone, you must register for meditation practice at CIMC through this website, by mail, or by coming to the office during regular business hours.

Registration Form
To register by mail, please provide the information requested on the registration form (which you can print with your browser by pressing the PRINT button after the form appears.) Send the form and payment-in-full by check, money order, or cash. No confirmation notice will be sent; however, you will be contacted if a program is full.

Online Registration
You can register on line for workshops and retreats here. See the practice group page to register online for practice groups.

Registering for Retreats
Registrations for retreats MUST be made by noon on the Thursday preceding the retreat or workshop so the staff can adequately prepare the hall and the cook can plan and shop for retreat meals.

Late Registration
If your registration is received after 12 pm (noon) on Thursday, you will need to make alternate meal plans. Retreats are sometimes filled to capacity, so please do not assume that there will be space available at the last minute.

For those on a limited income, we provide work exchange and scholarship to all who request it. Please submit your request in writing two weeks in advance. If you have questions or concerns about payment, or if you would like financial aid, please contact the office.

Refunds will be issued up to seven days before the beginning of a class or retreat. Credit (to be used within six months) will be issued for cancellations received at least two business days prior to the start of a program. Cancellations received with less than two business days' notice are not eligible for credit. All refunds and credits are subject to a $5 processing fee.
